Swords Tennis Club / Juniors

Swords Tennis Club is actively trying to grow its’ Junior’s membership so come along and visit us , we are located behind Swords Castle or use the contact us page to get in touch. The Club provides coaching for kids at all levels along with Junior Tennis activities such as Tournaments, Round Robins and supervised matchplay.

During school holiday periods we host many camps for beginners and intermediate players. These camps cater for all levels/skills. We have camps that focus on a mixture of fun games/match play and we have camps which are more intensive for those who want to improve their skill.

Child Protection Policy

Swords Lawn Tennis Club has adopted and implemented the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Children’s Sport, as set out by Tennis Ireland as an integral part of club policy on children and club membership.

On joining the club or renewing your annual membership, members agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and the club’s Child Protection Policy, set out below. All members and their children should read these and become familiar with them.

Swords Lawn Tennis Club’s Child Protection Officers are Mary Kennedy and Eoin O’Reilly. Contact details are on the Juniors’ noticeboard in the clubhouse and also in the Child Protection Binder, also in the clubhouse. They are available should you have any questions or require any assistance in relation to child protection in the club.
